As a consultant to the Ministry of tourism, I am responsible
for the development of the business Plan for the new Festival Place
Cruise Ship Terminal. I am also responsible for the development
of the leasing agreement, operational Guideline for the tenants
and provide expert opinion on technical matters.

I was given the responsibility of developing the manual on " How To

PARTICIPANT IN THE FIRST YOUTH SUMMIT
(September 10 thru August 3 1998)
As a participant in the Caribbean youth Explosion and
the youth Summit held in Eleuthera and Barbados, I was responsible
for formulating strategies for the new millennium to present to
the Commonwealth Heads of government meeting held in South Africa
this year. Strategies that were implemented were integrating youth
into civil society, youth in business, The Environment, Poverty
and Youth, and Education.
PARTICIPANT IN THE NGO-ICPD+5 MEETING
(January 21,22-1999)
As a participant in the International Conference on Population
and Development sponsored by United Nation Population and Development
(UNFPA), Held in Paramaribo, Surname. I was responsible for evaluating
the implementation of the Cairo recommendation that change the world
approach to population concerns. I also worked on NGO’s action plan
for the next five years as it relates to resources and advocacy.
PARTICIPANT IN THE HAGUE FORUM
(February 6-12-1999)
This form was an international forum with more than 180
official government representatives and 120 Youth representatives
all assemble to review the progress made so far toward to implementing
the global program of action on population development. This forum
was hosted in The Hague (Holland) by the Dutch Government and sponsored
by UNFPA as a follow up meeting on the International Conference
on Population and Development (ICPD), held in Cairo Egypt in 1994.
PARTICIPANT IN THE UNFPA COMMITTEE FOR THE JAMAICA
YOUTH PARLIAMENT
(Feb 20-26-1999)
As a committee member I was responsible for assisting
in the setup of the Jamaican youth parliament. I also assisted in
writing the Jamaican youth parliament constitution and its parliamentary
procedures.
PARTICIPANT IN THE UNITED NATION PREPCOM ON ICPD+5
(March 14-17-1999)
As a participant in the United Nations PrepCom, I was
responsible for working on the final draft on the ICPD+5 document
to present to the Secretary General in the General Assembly Special
Session held in June 1999. At the PrepCom I was also responsible
for presenting a proposal for the establishment of a United Nations
youth Assembly.
GOVERNMENT DELEGATE TO THE UNITED NATION GENERAL ASSEMBLY
(JUNE 28 TO JULY 2-1999 )
A member of the Bahamas government delegation attending
the Special Session of the United Nation addressing the Bahamas
position on the International Conference on Population and Development
program of action.
